Terms of use
The short version: a Quillbranch purchase is a personal license to use a Notion template or a prompt pack inside your own work. The longer version is below — it is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Each purchase is a single-seat, lifetime license to use the underlying Notion template or prompt pack in your own work. Updates flow into your order history at no additional cost, and the systems are yours to keep even if we stop selling the bundle later.
Use the systems for personal, freelance, and in-house business work. Build client deliverables on top of them. Hand a teammate access to your Notion workspace under the same license. Adjust the structure to fit your own operations.
Resell the bundle as a template, repackage it as a competing product, share the license with buyers outside your own organization, or publish the raw source files. The systems may not be used to train a model or to feed a competing AI tool on bulk scale. Volume or team licensing is set up separately — write to quillbranch@polsia.app before purchase.
Refunds are governed by the refund policy. Privacy is governed by the privacy notice. Both sit alongside these terms as part of the same agreement.
