The honest version of how Quillbranch handles the data behind a purchase or a subscription, written to be read in five minutes.
An order email and a payment confirmation. That is the baseline. We do not run third-party trackers, analytics pixels, or advertising cookies on the storefront. The checkout is processed by Stripe and the underlying Notion templates ship from the studio’s Notion workspace to yours on the order email you provide.
No browsing history, no profile, no third-party behavioural data, no advertising pixels, and no social login flows. The studio does not sell or rent customer records to anyone.
Order emails are used to deliver the bundle, to send update notes, and — only if you joined the studio list at opt-in — to send occasional product announcements from quillbranch@polsia.app. Every note includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Payments run through Stripe’s hosted checkout (PCI & PSD2 scoped only to the data Stripe needs to clear the charge). Notion holds the underlying template and will email the share link to the order address; if you would like the link redacted after delivery, write to quillbranch@polsia.app.
