One click in the order email opens Notion and prompts you to add the integration; pick the workspace you want the template saved to before accepting.

Each template ships as a duplicate link, so the copy lands in your Notion tree without overwriting anything; you can rename or move it once it is yours.

We request the minimum scopes we need (read your workspace structure, write the duplicated template); we never read or write anything outside the duplicate.

Use the desktop browser (or the Notion desktop app) for the smoothest import; mobile works but is slower, and double-check that you are signed in to the Notion account that should own the copy.

Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email quillbranch@polsia.app with the order email and the product name and the money returns the same business day. The full window, what to send, and the case-by-case review that runs after day fourteen all live on the refund policy page.

Your template access is revoked on our side and future updates stop; any copies already duplicated into your Notion remain yours because they now live in your workspace.

Bundles refund as a bundle (full price, not per-product); the 14-day window runs from the day of purchase, and after day fourteen we still review case-by-case notes.

If you accidentally bought the same template twice (different Notion accounts, wrong tab, etc.), email us and we refund the second charge without delay.

If your Notion account is locked, deleted, or you can no longer reach the workspace, email us from your order email; we will re-issue the duplicate link once access is restored.

Duplicates are workspace-scoped; to move a template to a new workspace, request a fresh duplicate link and import it there — your existing copies stay put.

Every Quillbranch template runs on Notion’s free tier; nothing in the catalog gates on a paid plan, so the only real limit is your workspace’s block count, not your plan.

You can revoke our app from Notion’s “Connections” panel at any time; doing so stops future duplicate links from working but does not delete copies already in your workspace.
